No, it's actually the view from a room in the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas. I hadn't been to Las Vegas in over a year and I was surprised by how much construction was going on. It looked like Dubai to me. I Pricelined a room for the weekend, got the Monte Carlo, and looked at that beautiful construction overshadowing the pool. Very disappointing.
Your sister Susie is much more likely to visit Dubai than I am.

I know the view sucks but I think the Monte Carlo is on of the better hotels on the strip for the price.
