Really.

I've celebrated quite a few Thanksgiving holidays over the years. At least 30. So why is this the first year that I've come to understand where "turkey gravy" comes from. Until this year, I honestly had no idea what exactly comprises gourmet turkey gravy. But after reviewing recipes for preparing turkey (and the associated gravy), I'm now fully aware. And, well, gross.
